All apartments are equipped with adaptor plugs to suit all manner of electrical equipment which you may need. Should you require any other type, please speak with management who will gladly assist.

Guadeloupe is situated close to some of the most outstanding restaurants and delis in town. Ask management for a referral and you are sure not to be disappointed to take the day off cooking your own breakfast.

At Guadeloupe we proud of the fact that we practice * permaculture in our garden. You're invited to take a walk in our gardens and see how its done. Most of our vegetables used in Kilzers Kitchen Cookery School are grown in our garden which is an enormous source of pleasure to all who visit us.

Hairdryers

Each bedroom is equipped with a hairdryer so NO need to lug along one from home.

Heaters

Heaters are provided.

Internet (WiFi)

Free onsite WiFi is provided and 3/4G signal is available.

Keys

You will receive a key to your apartment upon arrival along with a remote control to the access gate of the property. Please ensure that the key is returned to us upon departure.

Kitchens

Kitchens in each of the self catering apartments are fully equipped for self catering to make your holiday with us a comfortable and carefree experience. Should you find that there's anything lacking, please let management know and we will gladly assist you.

Laundry

A laundry service is available upon request and washing and drying facilities are available for guests should they wish to do their own laundry.

Power Failure

In the event of a power failure, each apartment is equipped with emergency lights in addition to candles, matches and a torch.

Restaurants

Restaurants in Knysna abound and you'll truly be spoiled for choice. Whatever your taste in cuisine there's sure to be an eatery to tickle the taste buds. (more)

Each apartment is equipped with its own individual safe for the safe keeping of your personal valuables.

Swimming Pool

Guests are invited to use the communal 9 meter salt water pool and entertainment area at their own risk and are advised not to allow children to swim unattended. Please use swimming pool towels provided for the swimming pool and entertainment area.

Taxis/Tours/Transfers

We will assist you in arranging day tours, a shuttle into town or a taxi for a dinner outing. Please ask management and we will gladly oblige.

Tea & Coffee

You will receive a starter pack of tea and filter coffee upon your arrival along with delicious home baked confectionery from our very own Chef School - Kilzers Kitchen, located on the property.

TV

Each apartment is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV with DSTV Select Channels and DVD. The TV is located in the communal leisure area of each apartment.

Telephone

There are no landline telephones installed in the apartments but cellphone reception is excellent at Guadeloupe Self Catering Apartments.

Water

Knysna is a water scarce area so we ask that you practice every measure possible to conserve this very precious resource.
